本篇是这个系列的第二篇 – Supplier Management.
SAP SRM
在前任公司的时候，虽然基本上都是在实施SAP的产品，但是SAP的SRM却也只在一个客户那里接触过，还不是自己参与实施的。SAP官方对于SRM的介绍是这样的：
SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) provides you with innovative methods to coordinate your business processes with your key suppliers and make them more effective. SAP SRM enables you to optimize your procurement strategy, to work more effectively with your supplier pool, and thus to gain long-term benefits from all your supplier relationships.
With SAP SRM you can examine and forecast purchasing behavior, shorten procurement cycles, and work with your partners in real time. This allows you to develop long-term relationships with all those suppliers that have proven themselves to be reliable partners.
这些年来，SRM作为单独的产品除了跟Fiori的集成，把移动解决方案加进去外，或许也没有多少实质上的变化。但是总的原则是，所有的产品都可以由business function(building block)组装而成。
- supplier pool，通过自助服务和层级审批形成供应商库，其中包括分类、准入和product & Service catalog,强调SUS – Supplier Self-Service
- sourcing，与供应商的交互, RFx/bidding
- procurement & contract，提供基于shopping-cart的灵活采购行为
- Performance & Analytics，结合合同管理提供各个维度的绩效、费用等的分析
- Leasing集成，能跟CRM集成在SRM产生lease purpose的PO、quotation和invoice – Leasing and Asset management (LAM)
SAP Ariba
SAP Ariba is a cloud-based procurement platform that enables businesses to connect to their trading partners anywhere, at any time from any application or device.

公司今年开始在总部准备推行Sourcing-to-Pay Project, 看重的或许就是Cloud based 的数字化转型和package software能交付的稳健的end-to-end的能力两个重要元素，听说就是会选择SAP Ariba作为平台来建设的。
回到我这个domain的supplier来， 其范围仅仅还只是包括Store Dev.门店开发范围涉及到的供应商而已。具体参见下图：
与Store有着相同问题的是，S公司没有MDM产品，所以就导致各business domain对于主档数据各自为政，孤岛的厉害。好在有一套基于K2产品的workflow可以将跨业务部门的数据流串起来，虽然接口繁多费劲，但至少能让公司RUN起来。
对比SRM和Ariba的features可以发现，当前公司对于SD Domain的供应商，相对欠缺的有spend analysis和strategic sourcing两个部分，其他的features或多或少已经在系统中涉及到，虽然有部分是半系统半手工的方式在run着。
这里有个小启发就是：supplier business function里的提到的LAM – Leasing Asset和FMS的关系。FMS的scope里针对Asset facilities的维护维修，也需要更Leasing结合起来，毕竟有了公司的Leasing行为，才有了租赁营业门店里的这些设备设施。
